I bought the game and still see locks.

Open “The full game” and tap “Restore purchases”. That asks the store, not the device.

Our devices do not find each other.

Both devices need internet. If that does not help, close the room and open a new one — the QR code changes with it.

The QR code will not scan.

You can type the six-character code instead of scanning.

Does my purchase work on my second device?

Yes, with the same store account — and through Family Sharing on Apple and Google.
